Refund policy

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS  

We will accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price products for exchange or refund within 14 days of ,and only by email at inzaree11@gmail.com.

Credit card refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your bank account.

We do not accept exchange or refunds on ALL EARRINGS due to hygiene purposes.
